Governors' Camp is celebrating fifty years of exceptional safari experiences!

Governors’ Camp is Africa’s first permanent tented camp, remaining in its original site since 1972. We are a favourite for both 'first timers to Africa' and many repeat visitors including some who have returned nearly 30 times over the years.

Elephants are also fond of visiting our Mara camps and guests should be prepared to abandon their lunch, breakfast or dinner in order to make way for them!
