I know you’re wondering why some of the exercises that are in weight loss videos are featured in a whole video about how to gain weight. Great question and I have a great answer :-)

All of the exercises featured in this video are what are considered to be multi purpose exercises. Which means they are equally effective for weight gain and weight loss.

Wait. what! how? :)
If a person’s goal is weight loss, and they are in eating fewer calories than they burn per day, the effect of these exercises will be more toning, more endurance, and more strength in the muscles targeted.

People eating in a calorie balance for weight maintenance will have a similar toning, strengthening and endurance effect.

If a person’s goal is weight gain and they are eating more calories than they burn per day, the effect of these exercises will be more toning, more endurance, more strength AND more size in the muscles. Aka muscle growth.

It is this growth of the muscle that is being referred to here as weight gain.

These exercises do not add fat to the body. I repeat, these exercises do not cause fat gain in the body 😄

Will these exercises make you bulky? If you’re exercising with body weight or simple dumbbells are home, no. You won’t become bulky.

If you’re going to the gym and lifting heavy weights like 90lb barbells or 50lb, you probably still won’t become bulky but at that stage, it really boils down to each person’s genetic predisposition.

How to gain weight fast is one of the most asked questions I get these days. In order to gain weight, you have to take care of your diet and eat a higher calorie diet (relative to the calories you burn per day). You can then considerably influence the weight gain through exercise. This video tells how to gain weight for skinny girls. In this video I have shown 5 best exercises to gain weight quickly. The struggle of gaining weight can be quite long. However, if you do these 5 exercises, while eating a high(er) calorie diet then you can be sure of getting great results.
All these weight gain exercises are really easy to learn and you can do them at the gym as well as at home. These include pushups, squats, overhead presses, lunges, and dips. One thing to remember when doing different exercises for gaining weight, is that you have to focus on getting your form right instead of rushing through the movements. Always do these exercises slowly if you want to build muscle. Also, like all exercises, you should do these regularly in order to see great results. Gaining weight fast for women is entirely possible by regularly doing these exercises and eating a high(er) calorie diet. Through these exercises, you can easily build muscle at home or at the gym. Simply try these exercises for weight gain for a few weeks and see the amazing results in the form of curves in all the right places.
