How I use Wild Desert Salt
Several people have asked me about salt. I have several natural sources of salt: sea algae, ocean water, and dry lake beds. I always consume it raw without any processing. A benefit of unprocessed wild salt is that there are other micronutrients and minerals that may be attached to it. Always make sure that your source of salt isn't contaminated though.
