How Primitive Man Invented the Snow Cone

Could this be how the Snow Cone was invented?
I read that in 1919 Samuel Bert sold the first sno-cones at the Texas State Fair but I believe the primitive humans were the true inventors of the snow-cone. Maybe this video depicts how it may have happened....
