3 Jaw Chuck True-up, Amazing!

In this video I successfully true up my 1958 Atlas Craftsman 3 jaw scrolling chuck that was basically trash. The jaws were bell mouthed and the Chuck was running over 6 thousandths out of true. I annealed the jaws and went to work with a brazed on boring bar and, boom! Success!! So happy, I hope it helps someone and I hope you can fix yours and not have to buy a new one. Good luck!
