Multiple calls started coming into 911 dispatchers in Miami Florida USA from motorists about nearly hitting a man walking southbound in traffic on Interstate 95, northbound, just before the SR-836, near here: https://goo.gl/maps/rKkuVMdGxkcMg7By7
City of Miami police and FHP started quickly heading to the location. They arrived and found the man walking on the expressway and quickly detained him, saving him from getting struck by a vehicle. He was taken to a nearby hospital for a psychological evaluation.
