Caught On Camera - Car Bursts Into Flames After Hit And Run Crash And Burn In Miami Florida USA

A car traveling at a high rate of speed crashed into the back of a box truck traveling in the same direction. The car left the roadway and burst into flames. The driver of the box truck saw several young men running away from the burning car and spoke on camera about what he saw in Spanish only.
This occurred on Dixie Highway near SW 17th Avenue in the City of Miami.
