3 Minute Hummus by Park + Vine Cookbook Author - Chef Zef

Additionally, hummus can be made with many different protein sources, as well as spices, making it an ultimate tool in a versatile plantbased kitchen arsenal =)

Recipe:
2 cans garbanzo beans (4 cups)
*other proteins like black beans, peas, kidney beans and more can be combined or substituted for garbanzo beans*
6-8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
1.5 cups olive oil
1/4/-1/2 cup lemon juice
.25-1 Tablespoon salt
Spices of choice (smoked paprika, curry powder, chili powder, pepper, turmeric etc)
