【绿茶月饼制作秘籍】一口咬下满满的绿茶香气!零基础也能成功!

绿茶月饼
材料: 4个月饼 (125克模具)

100克 中筋面粉
60毫升 糖浆
30毫升 花生油
1茶匙 硷水
8克 绿茶粉
**拌匀,休面2小时**
馅料:
300克莲蓉馅 (可换成其他口味)
20克瓜子 (150度,烘烤10分钟)
蛋液涂面:
1粒蛋黄 + 1茶匙清水
**搅拌均匀**
份量:
月饼皮:45克
莲蓉:80克

做法:

1. 把月饼皮包入馅料搓圆,放入月饼模里印花。
2. 热烤箱170度,烘烤10分钟,取出待凉一些了涂上
      蛋液,再继续烘烤10分钟或上色。
  3.  待2-3天回油才松软湿润。
Green Tea Mooncakes
Ingredients: 4 mooncakes (125g molds)

100g all-purpose flour
60ml sugar syrup
30ml peanut oil
1 teaspoon lye water
8g green tea powder
Mix well and let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Filling:
300g lotus seed paste filling (can be replaced with other flavors)
20g melon seeds (bake at 150°C for 10 minutes)

Egg Wash:
1 egg yolk + 1 teaspoon water Mix well.
Mooncake skin: 45g
Lotus paste filling: 80g
Instructions:
1. Shape the mooncake skin into rounds and wrap them around the filling. Press them into mooncake molds to create patterns.
2. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before brushing with the egg wash. Continue baking for another 10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
3. Allow the mooncakes to rest for 2-3 days to become soft and moist as they absorb the oil.
