Following closely the model of the original ‘Seven Up’, including the visit to the zoo and the adventure playground, this programme shows the lives and aspirations of seven-year-olds from a wide variety of backgrounds, from East and West Germany one year after re-unification. They talk about religion, racism,contrast between East and West Germany, marriage, work etc.
