If you want to dodge the harsh realisations, skip from 39:20 to 44:09...but honestly, they were the things that really kicked me up the arse to recover. It might be fairly obvious by that point how I felt about my ED - that it made me boring, that it wasn't a character trait I enjoyed having, needing to act like an utter brat anytime food was around; to this day I'd rather avoid social food situations completely than go there & make ED'd demands while underweight, everyone around me knowing what's going on - it's a crappy feeling!
