Tearing Up a High Traffic Street | Clean Water In Key West | Charlie Toppino and Sons

On Day 2 of our visit with Charley Toppino, we stopped by an underground utility project to see how it was progressing along. The craziest thing about this project was how many pedestrians were in close proximity to the job while frequenting the many businesses on this street.

The project was replacing old water lines with new PVC pipe to ensure that downtown Key West has clean water for homes and businesses.
