Curls For The Girls | Arm Day Bicep Tricep | Using the GoPro Hero

Hey guys got another video here for ya with some GoPro Hero action lol. Let me know if you guys like the quality and look of it and i'll keep using it and maybe upgrade to the Hero 4. I did some heavy bicep curls action and some heavy tricep action today, felt really good in the gym. Blood was flowing good through the body so we went a little bit longer in the gym.
