Lucid Dreaming: Guided Lucid Dreaming & How To WILD (Beginner's Guide)

In today's recording let Reece guide you through the process of WILDing. This can either be listened to as an audio lesson during the day or as a sleep talk down at night. By the end of the recording, you'll have everything you need to successfully WILD!

►Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams
Welcome to this guided lucid dreaming WILD meditation. "WILD" stands for Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams, initially developed by Dr Stephen LaBerge. It is the practice of keeping your mind awake while your body falls asleep.

You can use this recording during a nap, at your regular bedtime or 5 hours into your sleep cycle. To keep your mind alert, we will be playing around in the hypnagogic state and creating a dream scene so that your focus stays with you as your body falls into a deep sleep.

►We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. Make sure you will not be disturbed while listening to this, so you can be fully immersed in this adventure.

The background music is tuned to the 432Hz frequency and infused with 4Hz delta brainwaves.

We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 4Hz delta binaural beats.
