Reality Shifting Guided Meditation: The Julia Method

►The Julia Method
For this practice, you can stand in your meditation posture with a high straightspine, or if you can remain conscious without falling asleep during the meditation, you can lie down on your back and simply relax in this posture.

Breathe profoundly, and as you breathe out, allow your body to anchor itself more into your chosen position.

►We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. Make sure you will not be disturbed while listening to this, so you can be fully immersed in this adventure.

The background music is tuned to the 432Hz frequency and infused with 0.2Hz epsilon brain waves.

We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 0.2Hz epsilon brain waves.
