Lake Day and Picking Up Trash at the State Park!

We started going to our local state park after Pilgrim passed away. Hiking and swimming in the lake was the first thing that truly made us feel at peace, and so we've tried to go back as often as possible. Since we have been enjoying it so much, we wanted to help make it a little better by cleaning up trash caught in the jetty and left on the beach. We were surprised by HOW much trash there was - especially small rubbish like bottle caps, straw wrappers, cigarettes, and items so small it would be impossible to gather it all.
