Stress, we all inevitably have it in one form or another, but in today’s world we’re seeing an extraordinary amount of it. Who is Lisa?
Holistic Nutritionist Lisa Kilgour is on a mission to teach people how to heal themselves, to restore balance to body and wellbeing through whole food. A specialist in the complexities of the gut-brain connection and disordered eating issues, she knows, through her own experiences, how a healthier relationship with food can not only heal bodies, but restore energy and elevate mood. In 2010, Lisa was voted “BC’s Favourite Nutritionist” by Natural Health Care Canada, and continues to be in demand in her private practice, as an educator and professional speaker, and as a faculty member of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
