Mega -Explorer- Yacht "Ulysses " (116m) - In Bremerhaven with Tender & Boat

The 116 metre Kleven explorer yacht Ulysses has fully emerged from her fit-out stage in Bremerhaven, as new video footage reveals. Local reports suggest that the final pre-delivery sea trials tooktake place in March.

This five-deck yacht is the second to be built by the Norwegian yard and fitted out under the project management of Dörries Maritime after the 107 metre Ulysses, which was sold last year.

The new Ulysses is almost 10 metres longer than her predecessor and is built on the yard's existing MT 5006 MKII ESV platform. The naval architecture is courtesy of Norwegian design house Marin Teknikk, while Kyle Dick of New Zealand-based Oscar Mike Naval Architects created the exterior lines.

What's more, it is understood that Oscar Mike collaborated with British studio RWD on her interiors and she will boast a fully-certified superyacht helipad. Ulysses has been specially designed for long expeditions in potentially rough waters and Kleven has said it blends a robust, hard-working character with luxurious added extras.

Her huge 18 metre beam will accommodate 66 people in a spacious interior that will include features from a number of premium suppliers like Rolls-Royce, Hareid Group, Jets and Sperre.
