How To: Spatchcock Chicken and Dry Brine!

In this video I show you how to spatchcock a whole chicken and dry brine it too! It's very easy to do and it produces truly wonderful results no matter how you decide to cook it.

**When working with chicken, make sure to wash hands often, don't touch things like seasoning bottles etc, and always sanitize your work area when complete.**
