For the dough/Nalisniki
2 cups of milk
1 cup of warm water
8 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted, plus more to sauté
8 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:
2 cream cheese
32 oz Ricotta
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
