Cooking Beef Stew with Pops At the Goonzquad Garage

We had such a blast making that first Plov video and cooking over a fire - that we decided to do it all again. Beef stew is one of those things that people are always saying they want to make, but somehow never get around to it. Try this recipe out at home!

Ingredients:
8 Cups (Half Gallon) of water
5 lb bag of Potatoes
1 lb bag of Carrots
3 Tablespoons of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Whole Sweet Onion
6 Cloves of Garlic
1/4 Cup of Grapeseed Oil

For Pressure Cooking Meat:
1 Tablespoon of Montreal Steak Seasoning
1 Cup of Water
1 Chuck Roast cubed (3-4 lbs)
