My Shopping List for Staying LEAN

This is all the food I buy in a week for myself. Notice how I'm not shopping for a lot of organic foods or so-called "health foods." It's normal stuff that's not particularly expensive and that most everyone is already eating—including junk food. It's the overall balance and emphasis on protein and fiber that makes it work.

This is how I maintain around 10% body fat. If I wanted to get leaner, I WOULDN'T SHOP ANY DIFFERENTLY. I'd just eat a little less (I'd still keep the brownies). If I wanted to get bigger, I'd eat more. There's no special formula for either goal.
