A shocking shooting incident disrupted the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, triggering panic and a swift security response. He also highlighted concerns about the venue’s security infrastructure and suggested the construction of a dedicated, more secure space for future gatherings.

The incident left a US Secret Service agent injured, though the bullet was stopped by a protective vest, preventing a fatal outcome. FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed that investigators are actively interviewing witnesses and collecting evidence to understand the sequence of events.

Authorities have also released surveillance footage to ensure transparency and demonstrate the rapid response by security personnel, as the investigation into the attack continues.
