Speed and accuracy training with  auditory stimulus

Auditory speed/accuracy training. Trying to hit the hand and getting back before the second beep. This round I was using .5 of a second between the beeps. This is a great way to not only train speed but also accuracy (having a smaller and smaller target to hit). Changing up the position of the target aka my wife's hand each time.
