Polyamory is a concept that enters every presentation I do about sexuality, infidelity, and monogamy. So... what are we talking about, exactly?

My friend and colleague Margie Nichols, Ph.D. joins me for a conversation about common misunderstandings around polyamory. First and foremost, it's crucial to remind everyone watching that the relationship formation we discuss here is consensual non-monogamy which is defined by Psychology Today as "an umbrella category that covers a range of relationship styles that describe openly conducted multiple partner relationships. In polyamory – at least ideally — all of the partners are all aware of and consenting to be in their web of multiple partner relationships."
