RESEARCHING THE POSSIBILITIES FOR THE FORMATION OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND DIALOGICITY IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING IN TECHNICAL DISCIPLINES THROUGH TEAMWORK ON PROJECTS

The world of the 21st century has changed beyond recognition, and along with it, the requirements for educational systems have also changed radically. Free communication, creativity, cooperation, and empathy are at the core of today's educational concept. The ability to communicate becomes a determining factor for successful realization and achieving a happy life. The formation of communication skills at school becomes an objective necessity, no less important than the acquisition of intellectual knowledge. In the context of the teaching profession, the new key competencies require changes in the teaching methodology and require the application of radically new educational models. Such a modern, innovative teaching method that changes the concept of teaching itself and introduces new ways of pedagogical guidance is project-based learning. The present report explores the possibilities of forming skills for effective communication and dialogicity in high school students in the process of training in technical disciplines through teamwork on projects.
