This is a recording of a young Mark Kuykendall doing the old Bill Monroe song Live and Let Live. At the time, Mark was from the Asheville, North Carolina area. He can still be seen occasionally performing in the Western North Carolina and East Tennessee area. Mark did some great things in bluegrass during his lifetime. He was a member of Jimmy Martin's Sunny Mountain Boys for 5 years and Bill Monroe's Bluegrass Boys for 2 years.
