SIMPLE AND SPICY DUCK CURRY RECIPE

1kg duck meat (cut into curry pieces)
3 tbsp of mustard oil
1 tsp of cumin seeds
3 small bay leaves
1 large onion, sliced
1 and 1/2 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
1 large potato, cut into large pieces
1 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1 tsp of meat masala, ready made
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 large ghost chilli pepper
some chopped coriander leaves
