10 min Arm Workout I At home workout I with weights

Join me for a 10-minute Upper-body workout with Dumbbells! We'll focus on our back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps!

We have a total of 8 exercises broken into two sets and completed 2 times. The exercises are performed for 30 seconds, completing 4 at a time with a 30-second rest before we begin the next round! We'll start with a quick 1:30 warmup, but please take time to warm up if you need more.

1st Set x 2:
Renegade Rows
Skull Crushers
Bicept Curl (rt arm)
Bicept curl (lf arm)

2nd Set x 2:
Lateral Raises
Hammer Curls
Front Raises
Overhead Press

The weights I am using are 6kg and 5kg dumbbells. As always, grab that weights that feel good to you for today!

I hope you enjoy this 10-minute arm workout! Make sure to watch your form and listen to your body during all workouts. Go up or down in weight depending on where you are today!
