17-Minute Cardio Ladder + AMRAP II. Day 17 of 21-Day Movement Challenge

Welcome to Day 17 of the 21-Day Movement Challenge! Today’s workout blends power, speed, and total-body conditioning with a fun ladder-style cardio block followed by a short, high-energy AMRAP finisher. This session is all about moving with confidence, elevating your heart rate, and challenging yourself in a way that feels empowering — not overwhelming.

We’ll move through descending work intervals in the ladder (1 minute → 45 seconds → 30 seconds → 20 seconds), with short rest periods to help you reset and hit each round with intention. Then we’ll finish with a 4-minute AMRAP to boost endurance and athleticism.

⭐ 🔥 Today’s Cardio Ladder + AMRAP (17 Minutes)

Ladder Block — 1:00 → 45 sec → 30 sec → 20 sec

30 seconds of rest between rounds
• Jump Squats
• Push-Ups
• V-Ups

AMRAP — 4 Minutes
• Lateral Shuffle Taps
• Forward Jump → Two Steps Back
• Plank Shoulder Taps
