Jesus didn't say "come to me once you have it together."

Jesus didn't say "come to me once you have it together."
He said, come to me tired.

Matthew 11:28 — "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Not come to me when you're winning.
Not come to me when you've fixed your mess.
Come to me tired. Come to me broken. Come to me exhausted.
Because Jesus knows exactly what that feels like.
You know he literally slept through a storm?
The disciples are panicking — waves crashing, boat filling with water — and Jesus is asleep.
They had to wake him up.
And here's what gets me.
The storm didn't wake him up. Their voices did.
Not the waves. Not the wind.
Their cry.
And the moment they called out — he got up. And he calmed everything.

He's not ignoring your storm.
He's waiting for your voice.
Let me say that again.
He is not ignoring your storm.
He is waiting — for your voice.

You don't have to arrive with answers.
You don't have to arrive strong.
You just have to call out.
That's the whole invitation.
Come to me tired — and I will give you rest.
"Save this for the next time you forget."
✨ If you are going through a storm,
please write in the comments:

“Lord, please help me.”

You can also leave an “Amen” for others,
so more people can pray together. 🙏
