Alright let's pray.
Heavenly Father,
You see this person watching this. You know exactly how stressed they are right now.
Remind them that you're not just sitting around waiting. You're already working behind the scenes on their behalf.
Every resume they sent out, every application, every interview. Order it all. Put it in front of the right person at the exact right time.
Open the door that no one can shut.

And God, for the one that's just tired. Tired of the toxic workplace, tired of living paycheck to paycheck, tired of no balance.
If you have something better for them, make the way so clear they can't miss it.
They don't have to force it, they don't have to fight for it. You will bring it to them.
You didn't bring them this far to abandon them.
We surrender all of it to you.
