How to Manually Eject a DISC Stuck in your PS4 Slim / PlayStation 4 STUCK DISC FAULT

This video show you how to manually eject a disc that has become stuck in your PS4 Slim console. If you have a long thin Philips (crosshead) or small flathead screwdriver then this is very easy to do. You need to shut down the console and unplug everything from the back. Turn the PS4 Slim upside down and you will see a circle above the PS logo. Insert your screwdriver into here and turn counter clockwise (anti-clockwise) until the disc is released from the front. You do not have to wind it back in again once the disc is released.
This will not affect your warranty.
