The steps covered also apply to Playstation 4 Pro (PS4 Pro) and Playstation 4 Slim (PS4 Slim). Once your Disk/game is manually ejected, you can then properly repair your PS4.

Tools Needed
All you really need is a Pozi/Philips screwdriver that is thin and long enough to reach the manual eject screw. In a pinch you could also use a long and thin Flathead screwdriver.
