Finally my very first property review in Kuching and this would definitely expands the perspective for everyone. Measured at 7 miles away from Kuching city, Liberty Grove is developed on a 27 acres piece of land.
The cluster typology form created a different experience in comparison to the usual point form architecture that we are used to in KL. Facilities are built on a separate shop-lot like structure and all carparks are on an open area.
Besides the 60 years lease, far distance from units to the facilities, weird kitchen arrangement and the possibilities of getting wet when you walk to your unit from your carpark... I am amazed with the value I can get, which is a huge fully furnished unit at RM 400 psf.
Hence, the overall highrise architecture across Kuching is still rather new and I'm excited to be documenting them=)
