Lion Attack On Waterbuck

This waterbuck tries to escape an ambush by a pride of lions and I’m guessing it should have remained in the water if it wanted a better chance of surviving. As soon as it tried to climb the riverbank, one of the females jumped on it, but now it’s a one-on-one battle and the waterbuck can win. The other members of the pride look on as the waterbuck escapes the grips of the lioness and runs to the other side of the river. A female lioness has adapted her hunting skills in the face of an oppressive drought. She spots a nearby kudu and decides to launch a solitary attack - in broad daylight. Her decision pays off as she takes the animal down and kills it. A lioness from the Kambula pride strikes with surgical precision. A waterbuck is no small feat, so for one lioness to make the kill, it’s quite an accomplishment. The lion pride in this video catches a waterbuck and eats it alive. One lion is busy trying to kill the animal and the other lion starts eating it alive. The waterbuck had managed to get away from the lions the first time they ambushed it, but not giving up so easily, the felines did not miss on their second try.

Wild Dog Hunting Oryx

The oryx remains on the ground, thinking it is better off, but it’s just making things worse, I guess. But there is no such thing as “better” when you consider the circumstances. It’s just bad or worse when wild dogs are hunting you down. The dogs take turns at biting into it, trying to break open, the animal’s flesh. Once they have accomplished this, the real fun begins as they devour everything in sight. This oryx is being attacked by a couple of wild dogs and it’s trying to use the bush as a means to protect its backside, but the dogs are so vicious and aggressive, they pull the animal away from the bush and bring it in the open field, to continue their massacre. No size is too big for wild dogs. Just bring it on and they will gulp it down, just like they’re doing to this oryx. This time, the target is an oryx calf. If the adults don’t have a prayer in hell to escape, imagine a young oryx.
