Lesser Known Office Theories

Lets combine two of my favorite things: #TheOffice and #theories, culled from around the web. Today, it was mostly Reddit, mostly due to the abundant source of theories present on that site. I reached out to all of the originators of each theory, and I'll provide links below for each.

The Office - The Reality Show Theory:
As I described in the video, I took notes on a theory I found on reddit. But when I went to go back and investigate it closer, I couldn't find the post anywhere. So either, I missed it, and the OP should get some credit here, (I'll update if I find out), or I was wrong and this is really just my theory.
