My Dream House Turned Into a Construction Nightmare Overnight

Moving into my dream $300 a month wooden house in Ward 1 of Da Lat, Vietnam, felt like the perfect start to my long-term life here. In my last video, I was so excited to show you the place, especially with that seemingly finished hotel right next door. But the very first morning a
t 7:00 AM, the reality of living next to a hidden construction site hit me. At first, the landlord promised it would only be 5 days of building work. I kept telling myself I could survive 5 days, but that was just the beginning of a descending nightmare of non-stop noise. In this episode, I’m trying to establish my life here, even renting a bike to get around, but I'm quickly realizing that finding a quiet long-term home in Da Lat is incredibly hard. Now, I’m facing the reality that I might have to give up this beautiful house and lose my deposit just to find some peace.
