Why I dont use milk thistle in my liver formula for Liver Health

Low energy? Hormone issues? Weight issues? Sick a lot? The liver is one of the most important organs of the body. The liver performs literally HUNDREDS of functions, like regulating hormones, creating hormones and eliminating excess ones including estrogen, progesterone, cholesterol etc. It creates interferon to fight germs and disease, it creates digestive juices to help break down food in the digestive system, it creates red blood cells, and bile for the gallbladder to help break down fats. It filters toxins and heavy metals and creates and stores gylcogen and glucose for energy. Low energy? Clean the liver! Low hormones? Clean the liver! But don't use milk thistle. Milk thistle is an overblown overhyped and misunderstood herb. It's not bad, but there are many better herbs for cleaning the liver! Learn why I don't use milk thistle in my liver formula.
