◾ INGREDIENTES GALLETAS

- 150 gr de lino dorado.
- 2 cucharadas soperas de cocoa o cacao puro.
- 20 gr aprox de edulcorante "stevia".
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
- 1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
- 150 ml. de agua MUY caliente

◾ INGREDIENTES CREMA

- 40 gr de queso crema.
- 25 gr de mantequilla.
- 1 cucharadita de edulcorante.
- 1 cucharadita de esencia " Opcional "

LAS GALLETAS TARDAN 25 MIN. A 180°C

Lo hice durante mucho tiempo, y aunque al principio reconozco que me fue de GRAN UTILIDAD porque aprendí a conocer los alimentos keto, cantidades, etc...Considero que al principio esta bien, pero con el tiempo uno aprende a saber qué comer. Llevo 2 años en este estilo de vida y hace muchos meses que no cuento macros. Si quitas de tu dieta todo tipo de harinas refinadas y azúcares ,comes las proteínas que te pide el cuerpo acompañada de verduras o ensalada, grasas de buena calidad, frutos secos , semillas ... en fin, alimentos de pocos carbohidratos, no te saldrás de Cetosis...La idea es aprender a comer sin calcular todo lo que comemos.
