Are you ready for the ingredients? Here we go:
-five eggs
-two large oranges
-2 teaspoons orange zest
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-one cinnamon stick
-2 cups of almond flour
-1/2 cup +1/4 cup powdered erythritol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 to 1 teaspoons of orange blossom water
Optional add a half a teaspoon of either cardamom or nutmeg
