Pilates Side Leg Series

The Pilates Side Leg Series is very effective for the outer and inner thigh muscles.

In this Pilates class, we will focus only on the side leg series that we use in Pilates. The Pilates exercises that I picked for this sequence are small, yet very effective.

Pilates Tip: If you want to strengthen and tone the outer leg muscles and inner thigh muscles, make sure you follow the instructions on the proper position and stabilization to get the most out of this series.

This an effective Pilates workout for the legs with no equipment and best of all is right around a 10 minute Pilates class.
