Buy a horse. Yes, I am really seriously thinking on buying a horse. But at the same time, we are taking a break and heading out of the city to some cleaner paths: The Green Ranch at Lake Bosomtwe.

If we buy this horse it is the family horse - these are EXPENSIVE and wonderful creatures. Putting that on the side burner for the moment, we are going to chillax and get to know someone else's horses. Check out The Green Ranch at Lake Bosomtwe the next time you are in Ghana. She is also a member of the International Wives community. She and her husband have been married for over 15 years and own The Green Ranch. He farms during the day and she handles the Ranch. They offer accomodations, horse riding, and there is a strictly vegan restaurant. We are not strictly vegan so we enjoyed the surrounding meals at other places.
