The glass is pounded and then sifted to a fine powder. Once it is a powder dies are applied, then the powdered glass is placed in to molds. While still hot as hell the molded glass is shifted with sticks to make holes and refired. Fascinating, huh? Not made in China, but made in Ghana. I wish to find other things that are made locally and indigenously.
