First steps when building a small house

In this video I will show you the first things I think of when I am ready to start building a new small house. In this episode I talk about the building permit fee, how much I paid for the land and I show you my settlement statement. I also talk about the utility layout (water sewer and power) You will see the floor plan I designed which is 720 square feet and 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
