Ingredients:

5-6 chicken drumsticks
buttermilk
a little seasoning salt to you liking
2 cups seasoning flour
2 cups plain flour
cooking oil for frying
For homemade buttermilk (wet batter):

2 cups milk
2 Tbs white vinegar
Seasoning flour:

1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp crushed basil
1/2 tsp black pepper
**Fry low and slow at 325 F 18-20 mins (depending on the size of you chicken leg)
