Ingredients:

5-7 oz salmon portion
1/2 shallot sliced
5 oz spinach
1 oz cream cheese.
2 tbs sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch salt (large)
1 pinch black pepper

*There are enough ingredients for 2 portions of salmon

Lemon Sauce:
1/2 shallot diced
lemon zest
2-3 juice of lemon wedges
2 tbs butter
2 tbs cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1-2 tbs water
1/2 tap salt
1/4 Black pepper
2 tsp chicken stock concentrate (this is a 1:1 ratio of a neutral oil and granulated chicken bouillon)
Example : 1 tsp chicken bouillon + 1 tsp neutral oil
Other:
Asparagus
Salt and pepper
neutral oil (such as avocado, vegetable , corn or grapeseed oil)
Old Bay seasoning

*Bake @ 450 F
