BRICS partners seeking to deepen trade relations

South Africa and Russia have diplomatic ties going back 32 years, however, there’s little in the way of trade. In an effort to enhance relations, a field session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was recently held in South Africa. The event allowed the two BRICS partners to connect and grow business ties.
