A rainforest is a forest that get’s lots of rain most of the year round. Rainforest get at least 250 cm of rain a year. Sometimes it’s almost double that at 450 cm. There are millions of plants and animals that live here. No matter how big or small , each creature has its own place to live and own role to play in the rainforest.
Emergent Layer is the top most layer .
Canopy Layer is the next layer below Emergent layer.
Understory layer is below the canopy layer
Forest floor or Shrub layer is the bottom layer which is dark and gloomy.
