No Knead Honey Oatmeal Bread
Today you're going to learn how to make honey oatmeal bread.
This healthy oatmeal bread is loaded with fiber and protein, soft but chewy and it tastes amazing.
It's no knead bread, you don't need a bread machine to do it.

HONEY OATMEAL BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
2.5 cups ground oats (or oat flour) (250g)
1 cup whole wheat flour (120g)
1 tsp salt
1 packet instant yeast
1 egg
1/4 cup honey (85g)
1/4 cup olive oil (60ml)
1.5 cups warm water (350ml)
1 tsp butter (for greasing)
2 tbsp rolled oats (for topping)
Preparation:
In a bowl, sift together the ground oats and whole wheat flour, then add salt and dry yeast.
In another bowl, whisk an egg together with the honey, olive oil and water.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, and mix with the wooden spoon until just combined.
Pour into previously greased loaf pan, smooth the top and sprinkle with some rolled oats.
Cover with the kitchen towel and let it rise for 35 minutes.
Bake at 375F (180C) degrees for 40-45 minutes, then remove from the baking pan and place on the wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve with your favorite spread.
